Why Users Choose SolveMyPDF
- ✓Pixel-level visual diff: Catches changes to images, drawings, layout and formatting — not just text.
- ✓Side-by-side view: The original and the revision next to each other, page by page.
- ✓Works on any PDF content: Scanned pages and diagrams compare as well as typed text does.
- ✓Private by design: Both documents are rendered in your browser and never uploaded, which matters for contracts and confidential drafts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a text redline like Word's track changes?
No. It compares how the pages look rather than the words on them, so it catches visual changes that a text comparison misses. The trade-off is that re-flowed text shows as a large changed area rather than a word-by-word edit.
What happens if a page was inserted or removed?
Pages are compared by number — page 3 against page 3 — so inserting or deleting a page early on makes every later page show as different. Compare the affected sections separately if that happens.
Are my documents uploaded?
No. Both PDFs are processed in your browser tab.
