Using the tools

Every tool on this site is free to use, for personal and commercial work alike, with no account required and no limit on how many files you process. We ask only that you do not try to break the service for other people: no automated scraping of the tool endpoints, no attempts to overload the servers, no reverse-engineering to redistribute the site as your own.

You must not use these tools to create forged, fraudulent, or misleading documents, to impersonate another person or organisation, or to process material you have no right to process. Producing a counterfeit certificate, invoice, receipt, or identity document is unlawful in most jurisdictions and is a misuse of this site.

Generated documents are templates, not advice

This is the important part. SolveMyPDF generates resignation letters, tenancy agreements, statutory declarations, affidavits, legal notices, tax invoices, rent receipts, medical certificates, prescription layouts and similar documents from the details you type in.

These are formatting templates. They are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice, and using one does not create a professional relationship of any kind with us. We do not review what you produce, we cannot confirm that a template satisfies the law where you live, and requirements change over time and between jurisdictions.

Before relying on any generated document for anything that matters — a court filing, a tax return, a tenancy, an employment dispute, a benefits claim, a medical record — have it checked by a qualified professional in your jurisdiction. Medical documents in particular should only be completed and signed by a registered practitioner.

You are responsible for what you produce with these tools and for the accuracy of what you put into them.

Your files and your content

You keep all rights to the files you process. We claim no ownership over your documents or the output you generate. How your files are handled technically is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a tool will be online, that a conversion will be lossless, that a compressed file will hit an exact size, or that output will open correctly in every application. Always keep the original of anything you cannot afford to lose, and check the output before you rely on it.

We may change, suspend, or remove any tool without notice, including tools you currently depend on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolveMyPDF is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — including lost data, corrupted files, lost profits, missed deadlines, or any consequence of relying on a generated document. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Advertising

This site is funded by advertising, and ads appear alongside the tools. We do not control which specific advertisers appear and we do not endorse them. Any dealing you have with an advertiser is between you and them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows the last substantive revision, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to contact@solvemypdf.com.
