Numbering options

Stamp a number on every page of a PDF, choosing where it sits and how it reads.

Six positions

Top or bottom of the page, each at left, center or right. Bottom center is conventional for reports; an outer corner suits documents that readers flip through quickly.

How the number reads

Show just the number, a label such as Page 3, or a running total such as Page 3 of 12 so a reader can tell at a glance that nothing is missing.

Font and size

Numbers are set in Helvetica at a size you choose, legible without competing with the content.

For legal document sets

Court bundles and disclosure usually need a unique, prefixed reference on every page rather than a simple page number. Bates numbering does that.
