When page order comes out backwards
A stack scanned face-up through a sheet feeder, or printed on a printer that delivers face-up, often ends up last page first. Reversing fixes the whole order in one step.
Only the order changes
Page content, size and orientation are left exactly as they were — the final page simply becomes the first.
Double-sided scans done in two passes
If you scanned the fronts and the backs of a stack separately, the backs usually come out in reverse. Reverse that file, merge it with the fronts, then put the pages in sequence with Organize PDF.
